Group Information
Being in a choir is marvellous. It is a great way to meet like-minded people and throw off the cares of the week with some joyful singing in a group. Very cheap therapy! At the moment I’m running three singing groups:
The Harbour Singers which is a community choir on Wednesday nights in Diamond Harbour.
The Addington Haven Singers which is a community choir onThursday nights in Addington.
Moodswingers (11.30am- 12.30pm on Fridays )- this is a group of people singing explicitly to support their own good mental health. We sing along with youtube and everyone brings ideas of songs that will be fun to sing together.
Community choirs do not require an audition- they are for everyone. We sing together weekly and do a couple of performances a year. Your learning of the harmony parts is supported with recordings that you can access online.

The Harbour Singers
The Harbour Singers are run by a committee of locals and you could contact Margie directly if you live over that way on 03 329 3331.

Ukulele/Guitar/Sing-Along Meetup
I host a meetup group where amateur ukulele and guitar players come together and try to play and sing at the same time. It's pretty hard for some of us! This is a supportive group where you can have a go without being intimidated by fancy players- please join the group through meetup or email me for more info as this is an occasional group. Cost is $5 per occasion.
